Amadoma has been a birth worker since the late 70's. She is a CAPPA certified childbirth educator, a certified lactation counselor and a birth doula and birth doula trainer. A retired elementary and junior high school teacher and librarian, she really enjoys working now with adults. When she is not doing birth-related work, she is telling stories to audiences of all ages.
